BIOGRAPHY
I've been an artist for as long as i can remember, following my dream of making a living out of my artwork through college and into my first job as an airbrush artist for a world renowned giftware company.
Not content with being restricted to airbrush work i continued building my own portfolio before starting out on my own and having success in my own right as a commercial automotive artist, gaining a reputation not just in the UK, but selling prints of my artwork to enthusiasts in almost every country in the world.
My photography began largely by accident, although i've always had an interest i only began taking it seriously when i began shooting my own reference material for my artwork, then having family and friends wanting me to photograph their children, then friends of friends that had seen my work and been impressed by it, and so on, until eventually, several years later it was overtaking my art.
This is the result of my love for both the challenge and unpredictable nature of children's portraiture and the immense satisfaction of seeing the end results of my experience and hard work, and the satisfaction of capturing a child's individual personality and giving a parent not just a few pictures, but an everlasting memory of their child at that point in their life.

In times of such affordable technology it seems everyone with a digital camera and a little know how are offering their services as a ‘photographer’.
I think my images speak for themselves, and can answer the question above for me, i find that my art still greatly influences my photography, as i strive to compose and frame my images in a way that gives the most pleasing point of view, i also like to do things that you just don't get in main stream high street studios, to offer an alternative to just standard prints, to offer graphic design experience and creative flair and give you an end result that stands out from the crowd, whether it's photo's within a photo, or special effects using state of the art computer enhancement software, i'm not happy unless you are delighted with what i put in front of you.
Above all else, my ultimate aim is to provide any client with a service that, as a perfectionist, i would only be happy to be on the receiving end of myself.
As a father myself i also fully understand that any parent may have reservations of inviting someone into their home or on location to photograph their children, as such, i hold a valid C.R.B clearance certificate, for your own peace of mind.
I have no objections whatsoever to any parent wishing to view it.
