WINTER PROMOTION
As the winter months can be quiet for us, particularly straight after the new year, we are now offering free photo sessions.
We have a very limited number of sessions available which are listed below, and these are offered on a first come first served basis and as you can see they go very quickly.
JANUARY - FULL.
FEBRUARY - Saturday 11th (PM), Sunday 12th (AM), Saturday 18th (AM & PM), Sunday 19th (AM & PM).
Once you have chosen an available date, pay a booking fee (refunded following your session) here, and either enter the date in the comments section, email us separately, or telephone us.
As these sessions are free there are some terms and conditions.
1. The offer is for the photo session itself, there is no free print included in the session.
2. Sessions are to be within a 10 mile radius of our base at Newmillerdam, Wakefield.
3. We reserve the right to use any images taken during the session on our website or on any other promotional sources.
4. Due to the amount of 'Last minute cancellations/No shows' We have had no choice but to implement a small booking fee, this is refunded immediately after your session.
Last year we had to turn many people away, only for sessions to be cancelled within hours of the session, or in some cases not even cancelled at all, wasting not only our time but also our money as we travelled to people that had 'forgotten all about it'. This is both unfair on the genuine people that would go through with it, and for us as we are then unable to work during that time.
5. Cancellations/Alterations to your booking must be made prior to 48 hours before your session, cancellations made less than 48 before the session will result in forfeiture of your booking fee, this is because we will be unable to rebook your session after this time, and as such, unable to work.
